Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Looks-Decoration. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a 30-day return policy. Here’s everything you need to know about returns and exchanges:

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unopened in their original packaging or unused.
  • You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Process

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned products.

Refund Processing Time

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please inspect your order and contact us immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue and offer free return shipping for defective products. No restocking fee will be charged.

Customer Remorse (Non-Defective Returns)

If you change your mind or ordered the wrong product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. The return shipping fee will be the actual cost of return shipping. However, there are no restocking fees.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at support@looks-decoration.com. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the product and, once the return is accepted, make a new purchase.
